The 4th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence: Theory and Applications (AITA-2026) was successfully held on August 07-08, 2026, at ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education, Off-Campus Centre, Bangalore, India. Serving as a premier global forum, this distinguished assembly successfully convened preeminent international academics, visionary technology executives, and leading industry innovators to disseminate groundbreaking scientific research and strategically architect the future trajectory of Artificial Intelligence theory alongside its diverse industrial applications. The conference proceedings will be published in the SCOPUS-indexed Springer book series, Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS).

AITA 2026 received an overwhelming response from the global research community, attracting 1,402 research paper submissions from 7 countries, namely Fiji, India, Japan, Nepal, Pakistan, Turkey, and the United States. Following a rigorous peer-review process conducted by 620 reviewers, 76 high-quality papers were accepted and registered, resulting in an impressive acceptance rate of 6%. The technical programme consisted of 15 specialised tracks on Intelligent Systems, Data Analytics and Computing, Image Processing, Machine Vision, Robotics, Internet of Things (IoT), and Control Systems.

After the inaugural address by Dr. Muddu Vinay (Pro VC ICFAI Foundation), Mr. Divakar Vijayan (Executive Director, Wells Fargo) delivered an opening plenary address, followed by deep insight into the topic by Mr. Nikhil Dhaka (Software Engineer, Google), Dr. Kapil Tiwari (Senior Manager, Software Development, Amazon), Mr. Raghu Kundurthi (Director, AI and Data Governance, Soleo Health), Dr. Vinay Joshi (Dean Academics, IFHE Bangalore) and Dr. Manisha Singh (Deputy Director Corporate Relations, IFHE Bangalore).
