The 5th World Conference on Artificial Intelligence: Advances and Applications (WCAIAA 2024) was successfully held on February 22-23, 2024, bringing together leading researchers and experts in Artificial Intelligence from across the globe.
The conference received an overwhelming 434 paper submissions from researchers representing five countries, including Bangladesh, India, Oman, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam. After a rigorous review process involving 951 reviews, only 37 papers were accepted and registered, marking an elite acceptance rate of 9%. The accepted papers will be published in the Springer Book Series, ‘Algorithms for Intelligent Systems.’
The event featured 10 parallel sessions, focusing on cutting-edge topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Sensors & Devices, Data Analytics, and Emerging Techniques. Two eminent keynote speakers, Dr. Satyasai Jagannath Nanda (Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur) and Dr. Anupam Yadav (Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar), delivered insightful addresses on the latest advancements in AI and intelligent systems.
With its focus on innovation, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing, WCAIAA 2024 proved to be a landmark event for the AI research community, fostering global connections and driving progress in the field.
