The International Conference on High Performance Computing and Artificial Intelligence (HPCAI 2026) is scheduled to be held on September 12–13, 2026, in hybrid mode (online and offline). The conference is being organized by the Eastern Michigan Joint College of Engineering, Beibu Gulf University, Guangxi, China. The conference is technically sponsored by The Institution of Engineers and Scientists (IoES), bringing together researchers, academicians, industry experts, and students from across the globe to discuss recent advancements in high-performance computing and artificial intelligence.

HPCAI 2026 aims to provide a premier international platform for presenting cutting-edge research, exchanging innovative ideas, and fostering collaborations in the rapidly evolving domains of high-performance computing and artificial intelligence. The conference will cover a wide range of emerging topics, including machine learning, deep learning, cloud computing, distributed and parallel computing, intelligent systems, big data analytics, Internet of Things, cybersecurity, computer vision, natural language processing, robotics, and other advanced computational technologies. It seeks to strengthen collaboration between academia, industry, and research organizations while promoting interdisciplinary research that addresses real-world technological challenges.

The post-conference proceedings of HPCAI 2026 will be published in the SCOPUS-indexed Springer Book Series, Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems (LNNS) (approval pending). The proceedings are expected to be indexed in internationally recognized databases, including SCOPUS, DBLP, INSPEC, Norwegian Register for Scientific Journals and Series, SCImago, WTI Frankfurt eG, and zbMATH, ensuring high visibility and wide dissemination of accepted research papers.

The conference invites original and unpublished research contributions from researchers, faculty members, scientists, industry professionals, and students working in high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, and allied disciplines. Paper submissions will be managed through the Microsoft CMT platform and will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the quality and originality of accepted papers. Researchers are encouraged to submit innovative work that contributes to the advancement of intelligent computing technologies and high-performance computational systems.

The last date for paper submission is July 4, 2026. Authors will be notified of the review outcomes on August 13, 2026, while the registration deadline for accepted papers is August 28, 2026. The conference will be conducted on September 12–13, 2026, featuring keynote lectures, invited talks, technical paper presentation sessions, and networking opportunities for participants from academia and industry.

With its international participation, distinguished technical program, globally recognized publication opportunities, and emphasis on emerging technologies in high-performance computing and artificial intelligence, HPCAI 2026 is expected to serve as a leading global forum for knowledge exchange and collaborative research. The conference will provide an excellent opportunity for participants to present their latest research, interact with experts from diverse disciplines, establish international collaborations, and contribute to the future development of intelligent computing and advanced computational technologies.
