The 2026 IEEE International Conference on Computer, Electrical, and Electronics Engineering (CEEE 2026) is scheduled to be held on October 23–24, 2026, in hybrid mode (online and offline). The conference is being jointly organized by Trinity University, USA and the Soft Computing Research Society (SCRS). The event will be hosted at Trinity University, USA and Khajuraho, Madhya Pradesh, India. CEEE 2026 is technically sponsored by the IEEE Madhya Pradesh Section, MIR Labs, Gwalior, and IETE Gwalior.

CEEE 2026 aims to provide a premier international platform for researchers, academicians, industry professionals, scientists, and research scholars to present their latest research findings and exchange innovative ideas in the fields of Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, and emerging interdisciplinary technologies. The conference will encourage discussions on recent advances, practical applications, current challenges, and future research directions while promoting collaboration between academia, industry, and research organizations worldwide. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. The conference proceedings are expected to receive global visibility through IEEE Xplore and its associated indexing services, providing an excellent publication opportunity for researchers and professionals.

The conference invites original and unpublished research papers covering a broad spectrum of topics in computer engineering, electrical engineering, electronics engineering, intelligent systems, communication technologies, embedded systems, artificial intelligence, machine learning, Internet of Things, robotics, signal processing, power systems, renewable energy, VLSI design, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and other emerging areas. Authors of accepted and registered papers will have the opportunity to present their work before an international audience comprising leading researchers and industry experts.

Researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and students are invited to submit their original research papers by August 14, 2026. Notification of acceptance will be communicated on September 23, 2026, while registration for accepted papers will remain open until October 8, 2026. The conference itself will be held on October 23–24, 2026. Paper submissions will follow the IEEE conference format and undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure high-quality technical contributions.

CEEE 2026 is expected to witness participation from distinguished researchers, IEEE members, faculty, scientists, engineers, and industry practitioners from across the globe. The conference will feature keynote addresses, invited talks, technical paper presentation sessions, and networking opportunities designed to facilitate knowledge exchange and foster collaborative research in rapidly evolving engineering disciplines.

With its strong technical sponsorship, IEEE publication opportunity, rigorous review process, and comprehensive technical program, CEEE 2026 is poised to become one of the leading international forums for advancing research and innovation in computer, electrical, and electronics engineering. The conference will provide an excellent platform for participants to showcase their research, establish global collaborations, and contribute to the development of next-generation engineering technologies.
