ICSISCET 2025, held on November 1–2, 2025, emerged as a significant international forum that brought together leading researchers, academicians, and industry experts from around the world. The conference successfully showcased advancements in intelligent computing, sustainable engineering, and emerging technologies. This year, the event received an overwhelming response with 792 paper submissions. After a rigorous review process handled by 632 reviewers, only 64 papers were accepted and registered, resulting in a highly selective acceptance rate of 8 percent. All accepted papers were announced to be published in the SCOPUS-indexed Springer Book Series, Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems, reinforcing the academic credibility of the conference.
The conference drew participation from 12 countries, including Bangladesh, Fiji, India, Iraq, Morocco, Perú, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, the USA, and Vietnam. This international representation enriched the intellectual atmosphere and encouraged meaningful academic exchanges. ICSISCET 2025 hosted 12 keynote speakers and 5 invited speakers who delivered insightful sessions on cutting-edge developments. A distinguished plenary session was delivered by Dr. K. K. Aggarwal, Pro-Chancellor of MITS-Deemed University, Gwalior, and President of South Asian University, New Delhi, who offered valuable perspectives on emerging research directions.
The leadership and guidance for the conference were provided by an esteemed committee. Dr. K. K. Aggarwal served as the Chief Patron, while Dr. R. K. Pandit, Vice Chancellor of MITS-Deemed University, Gwalior, served as the Patron. Dr. S. N. Singh, Director of ABV-IIITM Gwalior, contributed as the Honorary Chair. The General Chairs for the conference included Dr. Manjaree Pandit and Dr. Manoj Kumar Gaur from MITS-Deemed University, Gwalior, along with Dr. Sandeep Kumar from Christ University, Bangalore, and Prof. Mohammad Shorif Uddin from Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh. Their coordinated efforts ensured the smooth execution and academic richness of the event.
The two-day conference featured 15 parallel sessions covering diverse research tracks such as Sustainable Computing and Information Technology, Advances in Intelligent Computing, Sustainable Engineering Systems and Practices, Computational Intelligence and Machine Learning, and Embedded Systems and VLSI Design. These sessions facilitated detailed discussions, allowed researchers to present their findings, and promoted collaborative thinking.
